THE DOG NEWS TOP TEN LIST is a monthly listing of the Top Ten dogs in each Group as well as a listing of the Top Ten dogs in each Breed. The DOG NEWS TOP TEN LIST is based on Group/All Breed competition and will be updated here the Tuesday after they run in the weekly newspaper.
THE AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB compiles these figures from the AKC licensed and member club shows. These figures will be supplied monthly in DOG NEWS and dognews.com by Annual Awards Rating System. These are the most current statistics available to the fancy.
These statistics include the number of Best In Shows, Group Firsts, Seconds, Thirds and Fourrths awarded, respectively, and total points earned printed after the dog's registered name.
