This week the few American members and their guests of the newly named ROYAL KENNEL CLUB, given by KING CHARLES III, will fly to London to attend a garden party at Buckingham Place to celebrate the kennel club’s 150th anniversary. QUEEN ELIZABETH II was the club patron and PRINCE MICHAEL OF KENT the club president. The person responsible for setting all of this in motion was SIR JOHN SPURLING OBE, KCVO, who worked tirelessly to have the kennel club recognized in high esteem. Well over 2,000 guests, including club members and their guests and all the employees of the kennel club, will attend. ...
