1. Do you have any dog-show superstitions?
No.
2. TV-show guilty pleasure?
Almost anything reality. “Survivor,” “Amazing Race,” “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” to name a few.
3. If you were president of AKC for one day, what would you do?
I’m more concerned that the majority of the delegates haven’t bred a litter in years, so I would probably start with the structure of that body first.
4. Most valued material possession?
Our home.
5. What is something no one would guess about you?
I’m terribly afraid of heights, but I’ve also bungee-jumped hoping it would help with the fear … It didn’t.
6. Who would you compare yourself to?
I’m not sure there is another me out there.
7. What are you “famous” for?
Being Australian.
8. What website do you visit most often?
Sadly, Facebook, but it’s a great way for me to keep in touch with family and friends back in Australia.
9. What was more memorable, your most satisfying win or disappointing defeat? And what was it?
Sitting with Doug when Stump went BIS at Westminster Kennel Club was the most memorable. Also my list of “firsts”: winning my first group in the USA as an owner-handler with a Clumber Spaniel because the judge was Mr. Edd Bivin. My first Best in Show as a breeder-owner-handler earlier this year with our Welsh Springer Spaniel. My first national-specialty win as the handler of our own dog at the Clumber National in 2021.

“Do you really like Vegemite?”
