1. Do you have any dog-show superstitions?

No.

2. TV-show guilty pleasure?

“General Hospital.”

3. If you were president of AKC for one day, what would you do?

Learn as much as I could about the overall organization in one day.

4. Most valued material possession?

My home.

5. What is something no one would guess about you?

I collect dishes.

6. Who would you compare yourself to?

No one, I am pretty much my own unique person.

7. What are you “famous” for?

I don’t think I am “famous” for anything. I just try to live my life every day, doing what I need to do.

8. What website do you visit most often?

AKC.org.

9. What was more memorable, your most satisfying win or disappointing defeat? And what was it?

Oh, my most satisfying win was certainly most memorable! I had a 12-year-old IG who had not had his chance to go out as a special for a lot of reasons. I entered him in two regional specialties that were either side of the national that year and he was Best Veteran and won an Award of Merit at both regionals – that was very, very special for him and for me! He left for the Rainbow Bridge earlier this year, so happy to have this memory.

10. What do you wish someone would ask you?

I like being asked to judge! Or being asked about my dogs.
